STRICT NO-REFUND, NO-RETURN & NO-CANCELLATION POLICY
All transactions made on The Skills Master (https://gray-sheep-120338.hostingersite.com/) are permanent, final, and irreversible. Once you enroll in any package, your enrollment is final. There are absolutely no refunds, no returns, no cancellations, and no options to unenroll under any circumstances. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Permanent Enrollment (Once Enrolled, It is Final)
Enrolling in any of our premium packages (E-Lite, Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Platinum) constitutes a permanent and non-reversible enrollment. Once a student registers and gains access to our academy, their enrollment is deemed final and permanent.
There is absolutely no option to unenroll, deactivate, pause, or suspend your account for the purpose of obtaining a refund, credit, or exchange.
2. Absolute No-Refund & No-Return Policy
The Skills Master provides digital educational course bundles and online training products. Because digital assets and intellectual properties are delivered instantly upon purchase and are consumed immediately, they cannot be "returned" or "undelivered."
Consequently, we enforce a strict No-Refund and No-Return policy. We do not offer any cash refunds, credit refunds, or package exchanges. All payments made to The Skills Master are final.
3. No Account Cancellations or Pauses
We do not facilitate any cancellations of active digital subscriptions or package enrollments. Once your transaction is approved by the payment gateway, your access is granted permanently for the lifetime of the platform. Accounts cannot be canceled, terminated, or paused in exchange for a partial or full refund.
4. Strict No-Exceptions Policy
This policy applies strictly to all customers without any exceptions. No refund, return, or unenrollment requests will be entertained or processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to: accidental purchases, duplicate transactions, financial hardships, change of mind, lack of time, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction with course content.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review our package details, included courses, and pricing before completing the transaction.
5. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By clicking "Enroll Now," choosing a package, and completing your purchase on our platform, you signify your full comprehension and unconditional agreement to be legally bound by this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. You waive all rights to initiate any disputes or chargebacks with your issuing bank or payment gateway.
